Even a Blind Squirrel Finds a Nut Once in a While is composed for solo clarinet and voice. The video score is a collage of TED talks on the topic of success and found footages of squirrels. Equality is an utopian idea. Communication is never absolutely equal due to the inevitable process of encoding and decoding messages. Equality is indiscutable when a musician interprets a visual score, or when associate human gestures with movements of squirrels.
